| Dear Rick and Bernie- Allison and I are finally all moved in and unpacked and I wanted to send you both a short note to say thanks for everything. | My blood, sweat and tears were poured into the home in which I settled. Sadly, I outgrew the space and didn't wish to spoil the charm by overbuilding the house. When it came time to move on, I contacted the Beck/Linden team for an interview. Naturally I was prepared with a lofty price for my "little gem". They carefully prepared "comps", graphs, and slide shows to convince me of a more "reasonable" price. When the time came to list the house Bernie and Rick told me the market had slowed. Within hours of being listed the house was sold. They made the escrow period painless taking care of all the inspections, certifications and inoculations. They're great! Timothy R. |
